Born in Kiryat Arba, 28 Adar 5738
Entered into the covenant of Avraham Avinu
In the Machpelsa cave and was named after him
Returned his soul to his Creator 22 Tammuz 5738
Acquired this grave in the ancient cemetery of Hevron
With his body
And through the dedication of his mother
And this holy community -
The first such burial since our return to the place of our fathers

May his soul be bound in life
